Creamy Chicken Casserole Family favorite

1 - 2 cups of left over chicken

1 - 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (reduced fat, if you prefer)

1/4 - 1/2 sour cream (reduced fat)

1/3 cup of Sherry ( I do not use cooking wines because they contain salt)

1 box of pasta / your personal choice

 

Cut the Chicken up into manageable size pieces to be eaten with a fork

Boil water and prepare the pasta. Allow the pasta to drain in the colander while you are preparing the rest of the meal.

Combine the Cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and sherry in the same pot used to cook the pasta

While warming this mixture on a  low flame, or low heat, add the chicken to the cream of mushroom soup mixture

Once this mixture is warming, mix the pasta into the mixture.

Stir several times.

Cover the pot and allow this meal in a pot to slowly heat.

Stirring occasionally
