Pasta and Meatballs with a twist

Make some meatballs using your favorite recipe or

Grandma Aida's recipe.

1 can of Cambells Cream of Mushroom Soup / low fat is acceptable

1/3 cup of reduced fat or no fat sour cream

1/3 cup of sherry

12 - 16 oz box of pasta of your choice

 

Prepare the pasta and allow it to drain while preparing the rest of the meal

Combine the Cream of Mushroom Soup, sour cream and sherry in a small stock pot. Heat with a low flame.

Add the cooked meatballs. Stir and contiue to heat on a low flame.

Add the cooked pasta. Mix everything

Cover pot and allow to heat with a low heat.

Simple ingredients, one pot cooking, and everyone will love the meal.
