Turkey Chili
1 – 2 pounds of chopped turkey
minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 onion
Franks Hot sauce or Tabasco
1 can red kidney beans
Rice
Tiny bit of oil
Heat pan. Add oil, minced garlic, and sliced onion
When the onion is soft, add the turkey. Brown the turkey.
Once the turkey browned, add Tabasco or Franks Hot Sauce. Add the entire can of kidney beans. Simmer away some of the fluid
Prepare Rice
Serve with rice / or perhaps some nacho chips
If you want to "enhance" the flavor, add some chopped jalapeno peppers while you are cooking the mixture.
