Bar-B-Que Sauce

1/4 – 1/3 cup of  Jim Beam Bourbon

Mix these two ingredients.

Select a dish .

Pour some marinade on the bottom.

Lay the steaks in the dish so that they are covered by the mixture.

Pour the rest over the steaks.

This mixture adds flavor and seems to tenderize the steak.

You can leave the steaks in the over night or an hour. The longer the better.

You can bar-b-que or even cook the steaks in the marinade in the oven.
