Basic Baked Fish fillet

Fish fillet of your choice

Select either flour, plan or seasoned bread crumbs, or corn flake crumbs

butter

wine

 

 

Select the fillet of your choice.

I       Dredge the fish in either 

                                             a) flour

                                              b) plain bread crumbs

                                              c) corn flake crumbs

                                              d) seasoned bread crumbs

II    Either

   a)     Place the fish in a skillet with a little oilm cook on a low flame, or low heat

                                             or

   b)    Place the fish on a cookie sheet , place it in a pre heated, 350 degree oven

Place a little dab of butter on each fillet. whether the fish is in the skillet or in the oven

 

III   After fifteen minutes cooking either in the skillet or in the oven, drizzle a little bit of wine, over the fish

(white wine or sherry are my suggestions) A little goes a long way.

 

IV   Check the fish in fifteen minutes, should be ready to enjoy
