Bruschetta (White)
1 loaf Italian brad, unseeded
10 cloves garlic
1 ½ cup cream
1 cup Romano Cheese
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp minced parsley
Paprika
Cut bread into 1” diagonal slices, but not all the way through. Puree garlic and oil in processor. Slather over cut sides , top and side crust of bread. Place directly on the rack of a preheated, 350 degree oven for 10 – 12 minutes. Place pan under the bread to catch the drips.
Remove to serving dish and cut through. Heat cream in sauce pan and gradually whisk in cheese to make a smooth sauce. Stir in butter and pour over bread. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve in small plates with knife and fork. Serves 6
