Crock Pot Chicken Wings

2 pounds of chicken wings

1/3 cup soy sauce

½ cup honey

1 Tbsp oil

2 Tbsp ketchup

¼ tsp chopped  garlic OR 1 clove of  garlic minced

1 tsp minced fresh ginger

 

Chop off the tips of the wings and discard.

Cut the remaining wing at the joint creating two pieces per wing.

Combine the soy sauce, honey, oil, ketchup, garlic and ginger.

Dip and mix the wings in the mixture and cook

Marinate wings in the mixture over night

Put the entire mixture  and the wings into a slow cooker . Allow several hours for the wings to cook
