Brunch Souffle
8 slices of white bread buttered / crusts trimmed
½ lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs 1 t salt ¼ t dry mustard
2 cups milk 3 t melted butter ½ C minced onions

2 oz cauliflower, small pieces 6 oz sweet butter
2 oz broccoli, small pieces 1 garlic clove, chopped
2 oz julienne thin carrots 1 ½ heavy cream
2 oz julienne thin celery 3 oz diced gorgonzola

- Traditional Beef Chili
INGREDIENTS
5 pounds beef chuck or beef round
Salt according to taste
Pepper according to taste
Vegetable oil as needed
1-1/2 pounds small, diced onion
1/2 ounce minced garlic
1 can of your favorite beer
- Basic RICE that is not "basic"
I use a rice maker because I find it easier when I am in a rush. It does not require to be watched for fear of burning.
I tend to use brown rice.

- Pasta and Meatballs with a twist
Make some meatballs using your favorite recipe or
Grandma Aida's recipe.
1 can of Cambells Cream of Mushroom Soup / low fat is acceptable
1/3 cup of reduced fat or no fat sour cream
- Creamy Chicken Casserole Family favorite
1 – 2 cups of left over chicken
1 – 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (reduced fat, if you prefer)
1/4 – 1/2 sour cream (reduced fat)
1/3 cup of Sherry ( I do not use cooking wines because they contain salt)
