- Sauerkraut
4 slices of browned bacon
1 chopped brown onion
1 grated potato (drain and rinse)
1 can of sauerkraut (drain and rinse)
1 cup of chicken broth
2/3 cup of apple sauce
- Hungarian Pork Chops
8 lean chops (3/4 “ thick) 2 Tbsp flour
1 ½ Tbsp butter 1 large onion chopped
2 tsp Hungarian paprika ½ tsp crushed caraway seed

- Stuffed Pork Chops
1 double cut pork chop (thick pork chop)
5 dried apricots
Dab of butter
Salt and pepper
(Per person)
Using a sharp knife, insert it into the side of the pork chop. Move the knife as if it were a toggle switch. The aim is to enlarge the space inside of the pork chop while keeping the opening as small as possible.
